We're Beth and Jamarl, and this is a family building its life on purpose.

Nine years ago we started trying for a child, and nine years passed before it happened. Infertility stopped us in our tracks. It forced us to slow down and ask harder questions about how we wanted to live, not just whether we'd become parents. That season sent us down a more holistic and transformational path: back to nature, deeper into faith, and away from a lot of what we'd been told a good life was supposed to look like.

By the time our daughter arrived, we weren't the same people who started that journey. We'd already begun trading certainty for presence. So when she was still small, we sold up, moved into a van, and set off to live slower and closer to the land, choosing motion and simplicity over a fixed address and a fixed plan.

We recently celebrated twelve years of marriage, twelve years of building this life together long before the world was watching. That's still who we are. We believe in a life rooted in faith, shaped by nature, and built around what actually matters rather than what's expected. We're raising our daughter to live with freedom, passion, and curiosity, because that's the family life we always dreamed of, and we intend to build it in real time, not wait for the version that comes after everything is figured out.

This is a home for everything that comes out of that life: our films, our music, our creative work, and the family values underneath all of it. We're excited to keep sharing more of our marriage, our parenting, our faith, and the slow, outdoorsy way we're choosing to live.
